Unfortunately due to the high costs of business banking we are charged every time a credit card is used on our site. Once for the secure server and once by the collecting bank (Streamline) therefore it is with regret that we have to pass these charges onto our faithful customers.
This only applies to orders under £5.00.
If your order is less than £5.00 a £3.00 surcharge is automatically applied. Orders over £5.01 will NOT be subject to the surcharge.
However, if you wish to pay via a cheque then we will be more than happy to take any order regardless of amount.
When you place an order with us we will have your telephone number or contact details to advise you of your dispatch date and when to expect delivery. You must make sure that you are in to accept your parcel. Failure to do may result in the package being returned to us and you will be billed again for a re-delivery.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge. If you cancel an order because you may have changed your mind, then a 10% handling charge will be charged. If the error is ours then we shall give you a full refund including any costs associated with postage.
The shipping charge is not refunded.
All returns must be authorised by email by us first at admin@sarminiatures.co.uk Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be checked before a refund is issued (ex shipping).SAR Miniatures will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping) If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
